Where parents feel a concern has not been resolved appropriately through informal discussion and communication they can use the school complaints procedure to start a formal process. The school complaint policy is available on the school website. Please be advised to check the list of exclusions contained within the policy to ensure it is the correct process for the circumstances within your individual complaint.
