What an exciting week to end our half term. We celebrated Mr and Mrs Young (Finally!) getting married! Year R even got to attend the wedding outside under the trees. What a lovely day!
Sharks have been busy practising the bells with Mrs Hemsley. They have learnt how to play Kumbaya My Lord and Camptown Races. In the video, you can see them concentrating and looking at Mrs Hemsley so they knew when to play their coloured bell to create the tune. MVI_3919MVI_3921
Stingrays have been busy creating fact file videos about the plants they have found in our school grounds. Today we celebrated Doreen's 104th Birthday. Doreen is a resident at Wimborne Care Home, which we have community links with. Doreen came to visit the school (in the playground) with her best friend Joan and their 2 carers. Year 1 sang her 'Happy Birthday', 'Bring me Sunshine' and 'If You're Happy and you Know It'.
